Established in 2018 by Molly Molloy (previously design director at Marni) and Lucinda Chambers (previously fashion director of British Vogue), Colville’s collections are romantic and bold, adventurous, engaged, and uplifting.
Colville is the antithesis of fast fashion: our passion lies in designing clothes that have individuality and longevity, that appeal to the eye, to the imagination, to the conscience and to the heart.
From the start, Colville’s ethos has been collaborative and inclusive: we work with women’s social projects from Dakar to Colombia to Morocco. We are committed to the development of sustainability and to re-purposing: from the start we have re-purposed and re-conditioned clothes and accessories. And we love crafts and the skills of making, and we value the people who use them to contribute to the world, whether they are the artisans who are producing our clothes and accessories, or the artists we collaborate with, or the many customers and followers who participate in our open projects.
