Shaped for everyday use, this joyful bucket bag combines Italian, French and Colombian savoir-faire, mixing traditional techniques with a vibrant modern aesthetic. The woven part of the bag is credited to the Wayuu tribeswomen of northern Colombia, with whom Colville has been working for five years, supporting their local economy and assisting in the preservation of their artistic practice. You'll see their incredible work across much of our bag category. The craftswomen use a centuries-old crocheting technique to bring to life our geometric patterns that pop against any outfit. This midi style has a particularly rich heritage: it's part of a special collaborative capsule collection between Colville and Parisian label AZ Factory, and has been carefully engineered to have a minimum amount of hardware. The team at AZ Factory has sourced the luxury leathers from deadstock and each bag is assembled by hand in our Italian atelier. The bag features a removable red leather pochette which tethers to the interior for safety, as well as a rich brown leather strap to contrast the buttery black leather of the frame.
